1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using www.spicewithoutborders.org, www.spicyawards.com, or any related digital platforms operated by Spice Without Borders (SWOB ) and its program Spicy Awards, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, all applicable laws, and all relevant regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Sites.

All materials, content, and intellectual property on the Sites are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

2. Intellectual Property & Use License

All content—including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, documents, and software—is the property of Spice Without Borders / Spicy Awards, or used with permission.

All SWOB  and Spicy Awards trademarks—including the SPICE logo, Spicy Awards mark, program icons, brand assets, and associated visual identities—are protected.
No use is permitted without explicit written authorization.

4. Images, Media & Multimedia Content

All images and audiovisual media on the Sites are either owned by SWOB /Spicy Awards or used with permission.
Unauthorized use may violate:
