Spicilitators™ are the learning leaders of Spice Without Borders.
More than trainers or facilitators, they are skilled educators, coaches, mentors, and catalysts who create engaging learning experiences that empower participants to discover purpose, develop competencies, and translate ideas into meaningful action.
Working across Spicedemy™, the Spice Accelerator™, specialised academies, innovation labs, and leadership programmes, Spicilitators™ foster inclusive, participatory, and experiential learning environments where every participant is encouraged to contribute, collaborate, and grow.

Executive Leadership
The Executive Leadership Team provides strategic direction for the organisation and leads the development of the Spice Without Borders ecosystem. They cultivate partnerships, oversee institutional growth, strengthen organisational culture, and ensure that every programme advances our mission of developing global changemakers. Through visionary leadership and responsible stewardship, they position the organisation for long-term impact.
Program Leadership
Programme Leadership designs, manages, and continuously improves our learning and development programmes. From Spicedemy™ and the Spice Accelerator™ to specialised academies and community initiatives, the team translates strategy into high-quality learning experiences that develop leadership, innovation, entrepreneurship, and community impact. They oversee programme quality, monitoring and evaluation, participant success, and continuous learning across the ecosystem.
Operations & Enablement
Operations & Enablement provides the systems, services, and organisational support that allow our programmes and people to thrive. This team oversees finance, administration, human resources, partnerships, communications, events, technology, compliance, and organisational wellbeing. By strengthening operational excellence and organisational resilience, they enable the entire ecosystem to deliver impact efficiently and sustainably.
Specialists & Creative Studio
Our Specialists & Creative Studio brings together professionals with expertise across communications, design, technology, research, monitoring and evaluation, digital innovation, media production, fundraising, and other specialised disciplines. They develop the tools, knowledge, content, and creative solutions that strengthen programme delivery, amplify changemaker stories, and increase the visibility and effectiveness of our work.
Global Networks
Spice Without Borders is strengthened by a growing global network of mentors, ambassadors, alumni, volunteers, advisors, and partners.
Our mentors provide guidance, coaching, and professional expertise. Country Ambassadors expand our presence within their regions, build local partnerships, and strengthen community engagement. Alumni continue contributing as leaders, facilitators, collaborators, and advocates, while strategic partners help create opportunities that enable changemakers to thrive.

The Board of Stewards provides strategic governance, ethical leadership, and long-term stewardship for Spice Without Borders. The Board safeguards our mission, strengthens organisational accountability, and ensures that our work remains aligned with our values and long-term vision. Drawing on diverse professional and community experience, Board members provide oversight, guidance, and strategic counsel that enables the organisation to grow sustainably and responsibly.
