No previous environmental experience is required. We welcome people who are curious, collaborative, and committed to creating positive environmental and community impact.
Participants who successfully complete the program receive an Ecospice Accelerator Certificate in Environmental and Livelihoods Leadership, recognizing achievement in environmental restoration, sustainable livelihoods, leadership, and community development.
Graduates also become part of the Spice Alumni network, joining a lifelong community committed to learning, collaboration, mentorship, and collective impact.
