Our Story

Founded in Kenya in 2015, Spice Without Borders was established on a simple belief: Every person has purpose. Every community has strengths.

Since then, we have grown into a diverse ecosystem of programmes, partnerships, and learning experiences that support changemakers from underserved and underrepresented communities.

Our work is rooted in the belief that lasting transformation happens when local people are empowered to lead local solutions.

Rather than imposing answers, we nurture leadership, strengthen capabilities, encourage collaboration, and create opportunities for changemakers to design solutions that are relevant to their own communities.
