The five archetypes are not labels or limitations. They represent preferred ways of contributing within collaborative teams.

Entrepreneurs: Creates sustainable value by building enterprises that solve community challenges. Motto:“I build solutions.”
Initiators: Brings people together, launches initiatives and mobilises collective action. Motto:“I make change happen.”
Innovators: Designs bold ideas and develops new approaches to solving complex problems. Motto:“I create new possibilities.”
