Eligibility

Is Spice Accelerator For You?

We are looking for purpose-driven people who are ready to learn, build, experiment, contribute, and take responsibility for moving their work forward.

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a social-impact idea, community initiative, enterprise, innovation, or an existing project you want to strengthen.
  • You can clearly describe a challenge, opportunity, experience, or problem connected to the work you want to pursue.
  • You are connected to the community or people you aim to serve.
  • You have basic English communication skills and basic digital literacy.
  • You are willing to learn, experiment, receive feedback, and contribute to the development of others.
  • You are a resident of Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, or Burundi.
  • You can participate in the required in-person sessions in Eldoret during the program.
  • You are prepared to commit to the full three-month program.

Ground & Discover

Establish your purpose, understand your starting point, examine the challenge, and clarify the change you want to create.

PHASE 02

Develop & Design

Strengthen your leadership and develop the idea, solution, model, audience, value proposition, and pathway for action.

PHASE 03

Create & Test

Move into experimentation. Build, test, collect feedback, learn, refine, and strengthen your response to the real problem.

PHASE 04

Connect & Pitch

Build relationships, communicate your story, refine your pitch, and connect your work with mentors, partners, supporters, and opportunities.

PHASE 05

Accelerate & Implement

Translate learning into action through project implementation, venture development, partnership, opportunity pursuit, and impact planning.
