Founder of Spice Without Borders Selected as Cinema Across Borders 2025/26 Fellow

Eldoret, Kenya – 4 September 2025 – Spice Without Borders is proud to announce that its founder, Erick Inghatt Matsanza, has been selected as part of the prestigious Cinema Across Borders 2025/26 Fellows Cohort by SIMA Studios.

Since its founding in 2012 by award-winning documentary filmmaker and human rights activist Daniela Kon, SIMA has become the world’s leading curator of social impact cinema. Through the Cinema Across Borders program, SIMA collaborates with local leaders, film festivals, and human rights forums across more than 30 countries to bring powerful films to communities, sparking meaningful dialogues, building coalitions, and inspiring grassroots action.
